Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all U.S. orders.

How it works:

1. Contact us at info@thank-yew.com with your order number.

2. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off with the carrier.

Return requirements:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized/custom products

Refunds:

• Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Need a different item? Simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
